At the press conference on the opening of the Canton Fair on October 13, Chu Shijia, deputy director and Secretary General of the Canton Fair and director of China Foreign Trade Center, said that preparations for the Canton Fair had been basically completed, including 400000 square meters of offline exhibition area, about 20000 booths and 7795 participating enterprises, of which more than 80% were private enterprises and nearly 100 overseas exhibitors; Online, there are about 60000 booths and 26000 Chinese and foreign enterprises participating in this Canton Fair. At present, online exhibition enterprises upload 2.78 million exhibits, a record high, including 860000 new products marked by enterprises. At present, enterprises are still actively uploading exhibits, with 2.82 million pieces and 88000 new products before the opening.
