The main breakthroughs of the innovative laser welding technology developed by the R&D team are:
1) Developed two optimized 120-watt mid-IR laser sources with pulse wavelengths of 1567 nm and 1940 nm, respectively;
2) Developed a novel and practical laser beam shaping component, which optimizes the combination of diffractive and refractive optical components (DOE and ROE) to produce a laser beam source similar to M shape;
3) The computer chip automatic control module of the advanced Irradiation process can optimize the distribution of thermal energy in the welding area to enhance the appearance and robustness of the product (Robustness);
4) For the first time, the design concept of infrared wavelength laser beam source adapted to the absorption characteristics of plastic polymer materials is adopted.
